1 A two hour set-up and two hour dismantle time is allowed with each facility, depending on availability. 2 A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to hold a facility, with full payment due 30 days before the event. 3 No balloons, open flamed candles, glitter, or confetti are allowed at any event. 4 Admission tickets are required for all facilities except the Hulman Riverhouse during Zoo hours. 5 Each facility does have a catering minimum.
