Zoo and Gardens Buyout

With certain parameters, companies can rent the entire Zoo and White River Gardens for the evening. White River Gardens can also be rented during public hours. Special animal demonstrations and rides as well as a complimentary dolphin demonstration are available.

Zoo Buyout

1 Use of banquet facilities (based on group size and catering needs).

2 Exclusive use of the Oceans building and Lemur Plaza after Zoo closes.

3 The Indianapolis Zoo Store will remain open until two hours after closing to the public.

4 You will have use of three rides until two hours after closing to the public at no extra charge: Train Ride, Coaster Ride, and Carousel.

5 Animals will go in 30 minutes prior to dusk. You will still have access to all the inside exhibits.

6 Private Dolphin Adventure Show at 7pm.

7 Parking is not included with the event. Guests can pay for their own parking as they arrive at $6.00 per car, or you can provide parking for them. Prepaid parking is available. Parking passes are valid for single use until the end of the year (New Year's Eve excepted).

8 We can also offer animal shows and activities such as: Elephant painting, and seal and sea lion shows. All of these are available at extra cost.

TOTAL COST: $13,000 up to 1,000 guests; $13.00 per person after 1,000 people on Saturdays
$11,000 up to 1,000 guests; $11 per person after 1,000 people Sundays-Fridays

TOTAL COST: $3,600 up to 300 guests; $3,500 catering minimum
